The Stylist Illustrates is not responsible for any of these additional charges, and unfortunately we cannot estimate how much these will be.

When purchasing anything from The Stylist Illustrates, you agree to incur any additional costs that may become apparent upon the order entering your own country.

PACKAGING

All packaging used to send your orders will be recyclable or biodegradable. The Stylist Illustrates always try to reuse packaging where possible to reduce demand, so your order may come in a second-hand envelope.

Prints are sent in cardboard backed envelopes and in biodegradable plastic sleeves for additional protection.
The stickers used on envelopes are also recyclable.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, as all items are made to order, The Stylist Illustrates is unable to accept returns.
If you have a problem with the condition of your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the Contact page and I will assist you in organising a replacement.

ART PRINT OR FINE ART PRINT?
The quality of my prints is really important to me- I want your investment in The Stylist Illustrates to last.

This is why I opt for Gilcee Prints for all of my Fine Art Prints. Giclée prints are printed to exhibition standard on the best archival paper.
This type of printing perfectly replicates each colour and brushstroke, and, unlike cheaper print options they are printed to last forever.
Each Gilcee print is handcut by professional printers, so may vary in size upto 1mm.

I also provide A5 Art Prints, which offer a value alternative for those not looking for a long term investment. The A5 Art Prints are inkjet printed on sustainable paper stock. They are also OBA free and are good quality for this type of printing. I do not offer all designs in this format, only those that will print well onto this paper.

If you are looking for high quality and longevity, I recommend investing in the Fine Art Prints.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR ARTWORK
-Remove your artwork from its packaging carefully to avoid creases and smudging.

-Never display any artwork or prints in strong sunlight.

-Prolong the life of your artwork by framing it as soon as possible and use UV protected glass or Perspex when available.
